This is way overdue...
I want to thank you for your guidance and dedication with health and fitness. I've always been an active individual who hasn't had issues with my health or keeping up physically, but there was plenty of room for improvement.
As you know I travel for a living, and I'd pretty much convinced myself that the hotel gyms were a sufficient outlet to keep in shape. I tried your gym just looking for a few pointers to add to my 'on the road' workouts.
Well...not so much!
I HAVE learned quite a lot, but also found a place to call home for working out! I'm hooked!
I have achieved results I've never experienced before with the workouts you put us thru, and people have noticed. I get compliments, and I'm being asked what I'm doing to get the muscle definition. Well, I'm more than happy to sing your praises! I'm getting strong, toned, and in shape. Perhaps the best I've ever been in.
I'm grateful you had inspiration to enter this line of work. So many of us who are members of OFF the WALL FITNESS are benefiting.
One difference I notice is that you care about us all, and there's never any judgement. It's a fun and positive atmosphere.
We have a fitness family thanks to you.
I can only hope this journey continues...I'm truly hooked on the ride.

As far as results go, since I started going to Off The Wall Fitness I have
I am in better shape than I have ever been, and I was amazed at how this routine has even given me the ability to run 9.4 miles on a whim. I was able to enjoy this run with a surprising amount of energy. I also suffered no ill effects even though I have not been regularly running.
Finally, I appreciate the fact that you keep Off The Wall Fitness a dynamic place to train by adding things like weight lifting, boxing, kettle bells, and FitRanX to the core interval training.
You have done a good job creating a healthy community of people who congratulate and cheer for each other. I look forward to playing more Softball, Basketball and who knows what with the Off The Wall Fitness community.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Its nice to be asked for input. Having said that, it’s hard to come up with suggestions for improvement because I’ve been so happy with the experience and the results.
Just in case you didn’t know, I’ve not only reached my weight goal of 180 lbs but I maintained it through my Achilles recovery and I’m now I’m even creeping under 180. I also surpassed my goal of getting into 33” waist pants. The 33s are a bit loose so I bought some 32s! I’ve been thinking it’s time to set some new goals. I have a few ideas but maybe sitting down with you would help me nail down some specific goals that will push me forward.
One thing I really enjoy about the program is the variety. Changing things up keeps it physically challenging and mentally stimulating. Now that I’m coming 5-6 days a week I’m starting to see more repeated exercises, yet I know there are only so many options with limited space and equipment. With that in mind your recent purchases are spot-on. The paired kettle bells open up some new exercises and the speed bag is fun! The padded jump boxes have definitely given some members the courage to attempt higher jumps than they would on the wooden boxes.
A while back you introduced some of the morning regulars to some new routines. I enjoyed the change of pace and the emphasis on power lifting & strength. Any time you can work those moves into the rotation would be good. For instance I was happy to see the Turkish Get-Up in the boxing workout.
So to summarize, I’d like some guidance setting goals and continued variety in the workouts with emphasis on building strength.

Randy and his team have totally changed my life! I had no prior experience with exercise at all and they helped me lose over 45 lbs. They are great at modifying things to suit all levels of fitness and pushing you to be better! Awesome space, great people and fantastic results!
Randy and his staff are knowledgeable and really motivate you to give your all each time you work out with them! The 30 minute, HIIT-format works exceptionally well for my busy schedule as well. All these things coupled with the online scheduler, convenient location and their encouragement help me make the time to workout more and see results!
Randy has taken high intensity circuit training to the next level. Incorporating everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises, not any half hour is the same at Off the Wall. In just a month and a half, I've felt noticeable gains in strength and stamina. If you're looking for heavy strength training, this isn't the place for you. But if you want to build strength, stamina and keep yourself in good shape in a great environment, Off the Wall is the place for you. Oh, and the price can't be beat.
Great workout with great people! Amazing, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I had been looking for a workout that would challenge me and not only burn calories, but help me tone and lose inches - and I found it! Wow, this boot camp is amazing, in just 1/2 hour a day I have an awesome workout that changes up every single day! Do it, I promise you will look forward to working out with Randy & Tyler! Those guys are great and very helpful with diet/nutrition tips and how to push you to be your best self smile emoticon Plus, I can now do pushups which I couldn't 3 1/2 weeks ago!!
Positive, energetic, get your heart pumping workout! I'm so impressed with Randy & Tyler, and the workout combos they put us through... Definitely big bang for your buck in a condensed time frame. So happy to be a part of their regimen. I'm feeling stronger every day and always looking forward to the next class!
It is a well organized place to go and train to the best of your ability. I suggest many people to attend here cause trust me... You won't regret it.
