What is 30 minute to fit ?

At Off The Wall Fitness Broomfield,  we are fully focused on conducting energetic fitness boot camps and weight loss workout programs that include motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to help you achieve the body you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere located in the heart of Broomfield.

All workout sessions are led by an experienced, certified Broomfield personal trainer and are designed to be supportive, challenging, and fun! With that, these programs conduct maximum fat loss in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our Fitness Boot Camp programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.

At Off the wall Fitness we provide a small group training session of 4 to 8 members, to ensure our Certified Personal trainers are able to assist each member to maximize the benefits of the movement throughout the 30 minute HIIT workouts. Members can modify each station’s movement based on their strength and ability level, creating a fun and unintimidating approach to the HIIT workout.

Each HIIT class consists of 4 to 6 station where all exercises will be performed in timed intervals. You will use everything from battle ropes, kettle bells, dumbbells, TRX and slam balls.
