Randy and his staff are knowledgeable and really motivate you to give your all each time you work out with them! The 30 minute, HIIT-format works exceptionally well for my busy schedule as well. All these things coupled with the online scheduler, convenient location and their encouragement help me make the time to workout more and see results!
Randy has taken high intensity circuit training to the next level. Incorporating everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises, not any half hour is the same at Off the Wall. In just a month and a half, I've felt noticeable gains in strength and stamina. If you're looking for heavy strength training, this isn't the place for you. But if you want to build strength, stamina and keep yourself in good shape in a great environment, Off the Wall is the place for you. Oh, and the price can't be beat.
