Off the wall Fitness has provided 30 minute high-intensity interval training also known as HIIT workouts in the Broomfield area since 2013. HIIT training is a combination of multiple high intensity movements to give you a full body strength and cardiovascular workout in the least amount of time. This highly effective workout is designed to increase your strength and endurance, build muscle all while burning fat at a much higher rate than traditional training.
At Off the wall Fitness we provide a small group training session of 4 to 8 members, to ensure our Certified Personal trainers are able to assist each member to maximize the benefits of the movement throughout the 30 minute HIIT workouts. Members can modify each station’s movement based on their strength and ability level, creating a fun and unintimidating approach to the HIIT workout.
Each HIIT class consists of 4 to 6 station where all exercises will be performed in timed intervals. You will use everything from battle ropes, kettle bells, dumbbells, TRX and slam balls.
Feeling Fit and ready to take your workout to the next level? Then join our Extra Mile group fitness training. This class is designed to be an extension of our 30 HIIT session, where will introduce you to complex kettle bell movements and strength training exercises.

Randy has taken high intensity circuit training to the next level. Incorporating everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises, not any half hour is the same at Off the Wall. In just a month and a half, I've felt noticeable gains in strength and stamina. If you're looking for heavy strength training, this isn't the place for you. But if you want to build strength, stamina and keep yourself in good shape in a great environment, Off the Wall is the place for you. Oh, and the price can't be beat.
